A Note from the Author
My book, through its fictional plots and characters, explores and confronts issues related to religion, spiritualism, secular humanism, compassion and kindness, politics. economics, and war. Yet, most of all, it invites exploration of our personal morality and humanity. It's a book written not to answer questions, but to invite them. It is dedicated to perhaps, just perhaps, opening up some minds. It is premised on the hope that some might realize that tolerance is a virtue, not a sin.
I have addressed some possibilities for a better way of life in this futuristic fiction. Some will embrace the ideas, some will not. But many will be standing in the sidelines undecided and waiting to be persuaded. Which side will be most persuasive? Will it be a kinder, gentler world or one torn by war again and again? Will we learn from our history or continue to make the same mistakes?
